How do i find my downloaded state file?

Wife downloaded additional state on April 12.  I am unable to access/find the downloaded file.  The search suggested turns up no files.  Can I re-download the already paid for state file?   thanks,

Yes, you can re-download the state tax program as often as you like for up to 3 years after purchase.

Go to the TurboTax Homepage linked below.  Under "Products and Pricing", the last item in the drop-down menu is "Access My Downloads".  Click on that option, then sign into your TurboTax account that you used when purchasing or downloading the state program initially.

You should be able to follow the on-screen instructions from there to re-download your software.

hi and thank you for responding to my question,... my wife installed the state and she does not remember the account details she used.  All we have is the credit card used for purchase...  Do I have to re-purchase?  Would she have to create an account to install the additional state?
