How do I find my Colorado special district purchases? Isn't the tax charged by the business when I buy something?

The Colorado Special District Sales Tax Return, Form DR 0200, is actually a Local Jurisdiction Sales tax.

I have attached a link to the Form and the link to the Local Jurisdiction Codes.  As this applies to Sales taxes, it may not apply to you personally unless you own a business where these taxes are due.
