How do I file..?

I came to the end and it wants me to upgrade to "Turbo Tax Deluxe". I don't want to upgrade, I just want to file but there's no way for me to continue. What do I do?

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??

For returns from 2009-2013 that I filed with TurboTax, saved files in my documents will not open with Word and are only a bunch of symbols. How may I open old files?
