So far I don't fully understand what that means. 

Did you file a 2019 return last year, and if so are you asking how to transfer your 2019 data from last year's return into your 2020 return?  If so, how did you prepare your 2019 return?   Was it prepared in Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?  And how are you preparing the 2020 return?

If that's not it, then you need to explain enough that folks can tell what you are wanting to do.

each year's tax information can only be reported on that year's tax return. for 2019, online preparation and efiling are closed. you would need to purchase the desktop software to prepare 2019 - full PC or MAC
