How do I file what appears to be a conglomerate w2g? I have a w2g with the appropriate wins for the year totaled. The place for the date is filled with ONLINE

Do i find the dates and specific amounts and create a w2g for each win? Can I override TT and put in ONLINE for the state? Will the IRS kick my return out if I put in multiple w2gs when I received only one?

You don't need to enter the dates for each win.  This W2G is a copy of what was sent to the IRS so you can enter it into the TurboTax software exactly as it was sent to you.  

The IRS will not kick out your return if you decide to change this to multiple forms as long as they add up to the total amount reported on this form.
