I used my husband's PayPal account for receiving payment for my self-employment/freelancing work so my husband received 1099-k showing that he got the income but he was not involved in my freelancing work. My question is how do I file this income in my name? OR should I file it under my husband's name since 1099-k is on his name?
FYI - We are filing as "Married Filing Jointly"

No, as a miscellaneous expense, he charges it off to you.
He will need to have a Schedule C to report the income but then he can expense it out to you, referencing the error. You would then be able to include the income in your own name.
@ColeenD3 Thank you very much for the reply. Can you pls let me know how he can expense it out to me? Is there an additional form that needs to be submitted?
