Try Free File Edition.

While the name is similar to Free Edition, there are no upgrade fees.

To you qualify

Make less than $34,000 a year or

Qualify for the Earned Income Credit or

Active military making less than $66,000

You can also check out the TurboTax Free File Program.   Not to be confused with the TurboTax Online Free Edition.  Make sure to clear your cache and cookies before visiting the website and use different login credentials than what you use on the TurboTax website.

Intuit has elected not to renew its participation in the IRS Free File Program and will no longer be offering IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax. You may still qualify for other IRS Free File offers by visiting http:www.IRS.Gov/freefile. Or you can visit www.turbotax.com to see available TurboTax offerings.
