How do I file my state tax returns?

My overview says that my e-file status is incomplete for the 2 states I lived in during 2016. I do not see a way to file the state tax returns.

To open your 2016 return and finish filing your State returns:

1. Make sure you're logged into your TurboTax account
2. on your Tax Timeline below your 2016 information will be a section called Some Things You Can Do
3. In that list, you'll click on "Add a State" (This won't actually add a state, it will just open your return).
4. Once you're in your return, go to the File tab
5. In the File tab, you'll click on Step 3, and continue to file your states
