You can file an extension here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/

Extensions do not extend your time to pay, only your time to file. If you cannot pay your full tax owed, you need to request an installment plan to avoid penalties and fees. See this helpful FAQ: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4678634
