How do I file for a refund when I was charged $121 for what I was lead to be a free service? How do you justify making a profit off me when I only make $12,000 a year?

I got on to the system and check the box to use the Free filing system. I went through all of the questions and then was lead to a page to pay. I filled it out, as some companies use this to verify identity, and then it charged me $121.  I only make $12,000 a year-you can check my return!  How do you justify frauding me out of the meager amount of money I get back?  How do I file to have my money you took from me to pay for what was supposedly free?  I will be going to the Attorney General of Texas about this if my money is not refunded.  This is ridiculous, and I noticed many other people are in the same situation. Please respond within 4 days or I will take this to the Attorney General.  At most you could charge me $24, I might let that go, but $121.00?  I don't even file-I print and sign and mail my returns-y'all didn't do that for me.  Why are you profiting from the poor?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
