To complete a Form 8379 -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Tax Forms
On Miscellaneous Tax Forms, click the start or update button
On Report an innocent or injured spouse claim, click the start or update button

To get to the Injured or innocent spouse claim in TurboTax Online, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click Other Tax Situations
  2. Scroll Down to Other Tax Forms, Click Show More
  3. Click Start Next to Report an Injured or Innocent Spouse Claim
  4. Continue through the interview questions
