How do I file 2018 state taxes

TurboTax does not support tax year 2018.

Go to this state of Maryland website for the 2018 state tax forms and instructions - https://www.marylandtaxes.gov/individual/income/forms/2018_Income_Tax_Forms.php

How do I file 2018 state taxes

@mike-e-ward most all states (and the IRS) have 3 year deadlines to collect any refund due, which for 2018 has clearly passed.  However, if you owe, you still owe and you should file.
