A tutor for Wyzant (or any kind of tutor who is not an employee) is considered "self-employed" and files on a Schedule C.
Normally, if you have normal business expenses to deduct, you would want to use TurboTax Home & Business to file the return. However, if you don't have any expenses to deduct (or it's not worth the cost of upgrading), you can look for "Business Items" under Wages & Income and start a business interview there. Within Deluxe, you may have to work at it, but if you persist in the Wages & Income section, you will be able to enter business income.
Go through the process and see if TurboTax asks you to upgrade. Note: if you don't have any deductions, then I think that you can avoid upgrading - you'll just pay federal income tax and self-employment tax on the entire $87.
