TurboTax first asks about total care expenses for each child, then it asks about the care provider. When you enter the amount you paid for your son's care, enter the total for both daycares. Then when you enter the provider information for the first daycare, enter only the amount that you paid to that daycare. After you enter the information about the first daycare, you come to a screen that says "Here's what you spent on care providers." At the bottom of that screen click the button that says "Add Another Care Provider" to enter the information about the other daycare.
