How do I enter fed income tax submitted with 2015 1040 in "estimates and other taxes paid"? Is there a space for this in TurboTax?

If you owed Fed income tax on a 1040 for 2015, and paid it in 2016, how can you get credit for it as Income Taxes paid in deductions for the 2016 1040?

There is no deduction for federal taxes paid in 2016 if they were for a year prior to 2016.  Only federal taxes paid for the 2016 year count.
