How do I end the program?

my taxes say they are filed. How do I and turbotax

Just back out.  You can go back in and verify your filing status if you have questions.  You will also get an email that verifies and it will have date, time, etc. of your filing.

You can sign out or close your browser.   You can sign back in later to check the status.   TurboTax will automatically sign you out after 10 minutes of inactivity, so you don't have to do anything.
