How do I edit the name of the payer in the income section?

The imported payer name did not come through properly. Instead of an ampersand sign, it says "&" and I can find no way to edit this. Do you know how to edit the payer name in the income section?

where do i enter the purchase of a 6000+ lb SUV for my business? The "Assets" section under Biz Income & Expenses does not have a category for vehicles?
