HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY K-1

You can only import a K-1 to the Desktop CD/Download Software, not to Online version and if you can get a .txf file for it and in the right format. Apparently you can only import K-1s for MLPs and not Trusts or Estates. You can not import a K-1 from Turbo Tax Business Program.

Schedule K-1 comes from a partnership, S corp, trust, or estate. You have to get it from the entity that issues it. Even if it's from an MLP you have to get the properly formatted .txf file from the MLP.

if it's an MLP/Publicly Traded Partnership  you may be able to go to this website locate your MLP and then go to their website to download or even import the K-1

Warning if you import you need to make sure everything was imported correctly. some items may need manual input to properly classify them and some items may not import at all suck if you sold the MLP.
