How do I download financial information?

Would you be able to please clarify what exactly are you trying to download. Are you trying to import your financial documents like W2 or 1099 and it is not letting you import or are you trying to download your tax return?

I am trying to download my 1099-DIV and 1099_MISC from my financial institution and it goes directly to the page for me to type in the information.

It displays the financial institutions identifying info from my last year's return but when I click on it I do not get an option to download
