How do i delete form 8919 from my tax form

To delete form 8919 for TurboTax online follow these instructions:

1. At the top of your page hover over "My Account"
2. Click on "Tools"
3. Click on "Delete A Form"
4. Scroll down and find "Form 8919" and click on delete next to it

To delete form 8919 from TurboTax Desktop follow these instructions:

1. Go into Forms mode by clicking "Forms" in the top right corner
2. Scroll through the forms in your return
   
3. Select "Form 8919"
4. Select "delete form" box at the bottom of the screen

When I'm on my tax form, I don't see anywhere on the screen the words "My Account."  Where would it be?

To delete a form :

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Tax Tools from the left menu then Tools.
3. Select Delete a form.
4. Locate the form and select delete next to it.

I don't see a left menu and have tried various options in "View," with no success. The other instruction I saw in a post was to click on "My Account" at the top, but that isn't there, either. I have the CD version, not the online version, so maybe that's different.

1) Open your tax return.

2) Go to the left side of the screen and click on Tax Tools, then Tools

3)  From the pop-up Tools Center  menu, select  Delete a form

4) Scroll to find the Form 8919 and Delete it.

5) Scroll to the bottom of the list and hit the button to Continue My Return

That should do it.
