How do I delete form 4797 ? It is CD down load. The moment I delete it, it comes back

What did you tell the program you sold, and where in the program did you report the sale? Until you delete the sale at it's source (which is where you entered it) the form will continue to be re-created and repopulated every time you delete it.

I also have this problem and I know you said to remove it at the source. But I cannot find it. It's frustrating because I want to delete it and re-enter the sale to make sure it is correct. Thank you, anyone who can help. TT office is closed this weekend.
