How do I delete an old employer /

I no longer work for them but I can't delete it on my form nor can I move forward with the taxes.

Please advise which screen is causing the problem and what the message is telling you.

IF you have a W-2 from an old employer that carried over from 2020 but for whom you no longer work, please do the following:

1. Do a Search (upper right) for w-2 and click on the jump-to link.

2. Just type w-2 and hit Enter - ignore any of the suggested search terms. 

3. Mac users must find w-2 in the Topics list.

4. This will bring you to a screen that shows a table of W-2s that have been entered.

5. Use the trash can icon or the delete button to remove the W-2 (you may need to open the W-2 first to make sure it is the one you want to delete).

If this does not address your issue, please do as bosso3 asked and tell us where your old employer's name is an issue.
