How do I continue a return started in Deluxe in the Business version? When I try to open it, I get a "formsets are not present on this machine" message.
My file will not open in TT for Business because of "error 190" which I cannot figure out how to fix.

In Business or in Home & Business? You can't transfer or open a personal return in the separate Business program. You can in the Home & Business version. So you must mean Home & Business.
You need the file ending in .tax2018 to open in the program. Did you get the program installed again ok? After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW TAX RETURN)
