How do i contact turbo tax.

If you're using TurboTax Online:

Start by signing in to your account (if you aren't already signed in).
Once you're in, select help in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Now select Contact Us at the bottom of the next screen.
Enter your question and then select Let's talk.
Now choose between:
Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question); or
Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (Talk to a specialist) (requires the PLUS add-on if using Free Edition).

We're open M–F from 5:00am to 5:00pm Pacific.
