How do I change the account my tax return is supposed to appear in?

I set it for my NetSpend account but I just got my new card that I want to transfer the tax return to.

How do I change the account my tax return is supposed to appear in?

If you've already filed and your return has been accepted (or mailed), it's too late to change your bank account for direct deposit.
