I highly recommend that you just cancel the advantage program altogether and buy the program from a trusted third party seller probably for less. The only Advantage is you get it as soon as it comes but at full price. And then it is just an early version and there will be many updates to come. If you can wait a little bit you can find it on sale or less at many places. I get mine at Costco. They usually have a coupon. Or you might get a deal at your bank or investment company.

How do I update or confirm the info in my TurboTax Advantage account?
This page doesn't work. It lets me enter new card info, but won't let me save it. The Save button is grayed out with no indication of what might be wrong with the info that wouldn't allow me to save it. I've tried this in multiple browsers.
1) The only thing I could think of (if using a different browser doesn't work), is that you might be accessing the internet thru a VPN, and the VPN is blocking it. Saw a similar situation earlier this year where they had to add the TTX website to their VPN list of allowed websites...or whatever the term was they had.
2) IF not using a VPN, then maybe you have your security settings set to some High protection setting.

3) Otherwise, if no VPN, try a different computer to log in and reset it.

4) (If using a Windows computer) Not sure it would make a difference, but a couple Windows OS updates were issued this last week...if partially-installed they can cause problems...reboot.

Thanks much for trying to help, but tried on Windows and Mac, no VPN, no special lockdown (it let me add the new card as a payment method, but won't let me set as payment method for TurboTax).
Honestly, I'm so frustrated with Intuit that even thought I've used TurboTax for years, I might be ready to change.
Making it harder by buy their product is not exactly a great move. : )
