Sorry---that is not a feature that is offered. You can make quarterly estimated payments by mailing in the 1040ES vouchers with a check or money order or you can make payments on the IRS site with a credit or debit card, but you will need to mark your own calendar and take care of making those payments yourself.
As xmasbaby0 mentions above, this is not something you can do through TurboTax.
However, the IRS does offer a free service called DirectPay to schedule estimated tax payments to occur at intervals throughout the year and check on their status.
You can schedule a payment up to 365 days in advance. After choosing the “Make a Payment” option, on Step 3 of the application, you will be prompted to select a payment date.
The DirectPay service:
Click here for "Direct Pay with bank account"
Click here for "Direct Pay help"
Click here for "Types of payments available to individuals through Direct Pay"
Go to IRS.gov/Payments and follow their directions. You can schedule the amount, the account, and the date you want the money withdrawn. Very easy, user-friendly and dependable.
