It depends on what is on your Form 1099-R and how you answer the follow-up questions during the interview.
If you provide more details, then we might be able to help.
My problem is that I have several IRA and pension/annuity payments. They are all taxable. I feel I entered the 1099-R info correctly for all of them in the interview. There are 2 IRA RMD's included on line 5b as "pension and annuity" payments, but those values should have been included in line 4b (along with other IRA distributions already included there). (These 2 accounts are held by a bank designated by the employer, but managed by us, and not held by an outside brokerage firm.) This does not seem to affect the federal tax calculations as 4b and 5b are added to get line 6b. However, it does seem to carryover into my NJ tax forms and I get errors in "NJ Pensions Wks-SP" that I don't seem to be able to fix and make TurboTax happy. Thank you

If those two accounts are IRA's and the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box is checked on the Forms 1099-R that you received then you should have also checked the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on the TurboTax Form 1099-R when entering the information from the forms.
