It depends what type of miscellaneous income you are referring to. Was it reported on a 1099-Misc?

on Wages and Income
- Continue and I'll
Choose What I Work On
- Scroll
down to Other Common Income
- Next to
"Income from Form 1099-MISC", click the start (or update) button
- Enter the
amounts and information from your 1099-MISC
Box 7
To Enter Form 1099-MISC:
1. Select "Business" at the top of the screen
2. Choose "Continue", then "I'll
choose what I work on"
3. Select "Start" next to "Business
Income and Expenses"
4. Select "Edit" next to your business name
5. Scroll down to “Business Income” and select “Start”
6. Now select "Start/Update" next to "1099-MISC Income"
7. Select "+Add Another 1099-MISC
Not reported on a 1099-Misc?
Since you didn't receive a 1099-MISC, you can report
other income simply by following the instructions below:
1. Sign into you TurboTax account.
2. Click Pick up where I left off (if not already open)
3. Click Federal Taxes tab
4. Click Wages & Income sub
category.
5. Select I'll choose what I work on option.
6. Scroll all the way down to the Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C (under less common income) and click Start/Update.
7. Click Start/Update next
to Other income
not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099 and follow the online screen prompts to enter you income.
