How do I access previous years of taxes from 2017 & 2018

Hi! How do I access previous taxes & submit them online? I owe for 2017 but I earned for 2019 but now they are withholding till I submit everything again

What do I need to mail in if I got a notice in the mail for holding my tax return for 2019?

You will need to respond to the notice by providing the information that the IRS has requested.   

If you haven't yet filed your 2017 return, and the IRS is requesting that you do so, click on the link in the above post for instructions on how to prepare your 2017 return to mail into the IRS for processing.

You can expect your 2017 return to take 12-16 weeks to process.  

The IRS will release your 2019 refund after it has received and processed the information requested in the notice sent to you.
