How come I am not required to fill out Form 8516 when I have received Unemployment Compensation exceeding $2,200 in 2020?

I was able to edit Form 8516 previously but now I am unable to access the form because it is saying that I don't have enough Unearned income.

Probably because up to $10,200 of your unemployment compensation has been excluded from your income so you may not have any more unearned income to report on the form 8615.
