How can you edit Form 1040-ES for 2018? How can you edit form IT-2105 for New York State for 2018?

I don't believe that the TurboTax vouchers can be officially "edited" in the program. You can use the vouchers and simply draw a single line through any incorrect information, then write in the correct information before mailing.

The IRS offers form-fillable (very nice) 1040-ES forms where you can enter your information and print the vouchers for mailing. Those forms are included in the publication linked below.
