how can we let TT know there is a problem with import list?

TurboTax deluxe for desktop does not have Merrill- Merrill Edge listed in the import dropdown list although Merrill posted:

If you use financial software, tax statements can be downloaded beginning February 1.

How can we let TT know there is a problem? There must be a way to get through to them?

Intuit is aware of the issue.

It is normal for there to be a delay between when clients can access tax reporting statements and when they are ready to be imported into tax software; happens every year.
