how can I talk to a representative to answer a software question?

I am getting an error when I am shown form 2210. There appears to be no way to fix it. The template only shows bixes fir three of the 4 quarters. The error is for the data missing, but there is no box for it

this appears to be a bug: the first question on Part VI of the 1040 info worksheet in TurboTax Deluxe desktop version should answer automatically. it does not. Why?
