How can I remove live expert help? I clicked it once and found I can't use it as I don't have a phone number that works.

I'm an expat in China and I was attempting to file my taxes. However, it tells me I'm unable to efile. I tried to use live help to fix this, but can't use a phone as I live outside of the US. I've now been charged extra for using a service that I couldn't use and I'm unable to efile my taxes. So not only can I not file my taxes (every time I try it just tells me to print them, which I can't), but I can't even make use of a product that I now have to pay for.

If you haven't yet paid your TurboTax fees and have not used the Live service, you can remove this feature by following the steps listed below: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6420172
