I'm an expat in China and I was attempting to file my taxes. However, it tells me I'm unable to efile. I tried to use live help to fix this, but can't use a phone as I live outside of the US. I've now been charged extra for using a service that I couldn't use and I'm unable to efile my taxes. So not only can I not file my taxes (every time I try it just tells me to print them, which I can't), but I can't even make use of a product that I now have to pay for.
