Enter 01/01/2020 when asked what date you became a resident of a particular state.

Since you are filing a 2020 tax return, the only dates that matter for residency purposes are those in 2020. You may have moved to GA before then, but for 2020 income tax purposes, they only care about what states you were a resident of during 2020.
