Many agents will talk about the survey and ask you to fill one out.  But only some calls get a survey.  A computer determines who will get the survey and there is no way to generate one.  I think there was years ago, but not now.

I finished my taxes yesterday and I wanted to mention that the help I received from Rosemary was above and beyond.  She was so patient with me. I'm 74 and she looked and looked for items we could use to lower my tax bill. Then we went through the returns over and over to be sure they were correct. She was great. That stress and headache are gone. Rosemary, Thanks you were so much help and easy to work with.

I have now seen Intuit / TurboTax advertising at least a half dozen times on Prime Video.

I want you to know I will NEVER use a product from a company that now advertises on what used to be NO ADS ON PRIME VIDEO.
