If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can edit your address on Form 1099-Int by doing the following:

1. At the top of your screen select "Forms" to switch to Forms mode. (See screenshots below for additional information)
2. In you left panel you can scroll down to your 1099-Int and select it
3. Scroll to the bottom of your form and there is a box "Additional Payer and Recipient Information"
4. You can edit your address there

In TurboTax Desktop, it will look like this to switch to "Forms Mode":
