How can I go back to add a w-2G

In order to add the form W2-G to your return,

Login to your TurboTax Deluxe online account
Click Take me to my return
In the search box (located in the upper right corner) type the word W2G
Click the Jump to W2G link that appears in the search results
Click Yes on the gambling winnings screen and answer the remaining questions.
