In order to add the form W2-G to your return,
- Login to your TurboTax Deluxe online account
- Click Take me to my return

In the search box (located in the upper right corner) type the word W2G
- Click the Jump to W2G link that appears in the search results
- Click Yes on the gambling winnings screen and answer the remaining questions.
