How can I file 2009-2012 Taxes?

TurboTax software is no longer available or supported for those years. Even if you find the CD's on e-Bay, etc. you would not be able to update them. You can go on the the IRS website (irs.gov) and get the pdf paper forms to complete by hand for those years. And it is too late to get a refund for any of those tax years.

Of course, another option would be to go to a local tax professional.
