How can I download transactions from Morgan Stanley Capital Management/E*Trade Securities? Due to the purchase of E*Trade I received two 1099s.

After the transfer of E*Trade to Morgan Stanley I received two 1099s. I was able to download the 1099 from "E*Trade from Morgan Stanley". But "Morgan Stanley Capital Management/E*Trade Securities LLC" is not on the list of institutions available for download on TurboTax. The account I can't download has the most transactions so I really want to avoid entering by hand.
