How can I download Costco TurboTax Desktop 2023 when <InstallTurboTax.com> only has download links for 2024 software?

I purchased TurboTax Premier Desktop 2023 from Costco over a year ago, but never downloaded and installed it.  It's now March 2025, and when I go to <InstallTurboTax.com> to download it to my PC laptop by entering my license code, the website only has links to download 2024 tax year software and doesn't include 2023 products.  I tried using the 2024 download, hoping it would recognize a 2023 license code and install it, but this didn't work.  By the way, my laptop doesn't have a CD drive, so I have to install TT by downloading it.

I tried calling TT support, but after an hour and forty-five minutes, the support agent could not figure out a way to download my 2023 product in 2025.

Does anyone know how I may receive the 2023 version of the <Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download.exe> installation file?

I've seen employees post the link for prior year products.   Up at the top it says....

If you’ve already purchased a previous year’s Desktop tax software you can access it here

@VolvoGirl:  Thank you for replying!  I had tried the linked page you shared a few times before and without success.  From what I can tell, I believe that page only works if:  1) one purchased the software directly from TurboTax; 2) one already has that tax year's software listed in their TurboTax account; 3)  one wants to purchase TurboTax for the first time or purchase again.

I couldn't find a link that would allow me to download the installation .exe file to install and then use my Costco purchased license code.

You said you spoke to TurboTax customer support, and they didn't have a solution.   I don't know why they couldn't have just pushed you a 2023 software download since you have the license code.    Since regular support was not helpful,  you can appeal for special help through the office of the president of Intuit.   They claim they will respond to you within 1 business day.   You can use the online form at the link below.  Explain to them what happened and your lack of success with customer support.

I had asked the support rep if he could just push the download to my account, which had been for me before, but he either said that he couldn't or that he didn't know how to.

I would have followed your suggestion to appeal and ask for it to be pushed to my account, but I have since purchased an external CD/DVD drive and downloaded from the CD.
