I have another email account that I can not log in because I do not have the password nor do I have access to the old number links to that account. I have tried to contact intuit and even sent in my ID. They said they would update my account in 1 business day. It's been two days since I sent in the email & it is impossible to find someone to help me with this.

You can change your phone number in your TurboTax account.
After your sign into TurboTax online, in the lower left-hand corner click on Intuit Account. Next to your phone number click on Edit. Then enter your new phone number and your password once.
