How would you like to change your tax return?  Please clarify.

In TurboTax Online, access IRS form 2210 Underpayment of Estimated Tax by selecting Other tax situations down the left side of the screen.  Then select Additional Tax Payments.  Then click to the right of Underpayment penalties.
