How can change Deluxe live back to Deluxe

I selected "Deluxe live" wrongly then logged into my account without using any live service.

Now I want to change the service back to normal Deluxe.

How can I do it?

Because even I log out and choose Deluxe, but after I log in, the product becomes Deluxe live gain.

So I still haven't gotten my refund and I filed on time, and got an email saying my turbo deluxe would come out of the state refund and it didn't do it.
