No, you must keep track of how much you pay in estimated taxes and enter it on your 2017 tax return. The IRS will have records of it and give you credit on your taxes owed, but you must know the amount to enter on the tax return.

How about filing 2018's tax return? I cannot find the line to enter the amount from last year. Thank you!
