I am a 1099 salesman with Home Office deduction and my wife is W2 with Home Office deduction. How do I enter my wife's Home Office deductions as separate from my business?

You cannot enter your wife's home office as a deduction on a federal return. W-2 employees cannot deduct job-related expenses on a federal tax return per the tax laws effective as of 2018.
Job-related expenses were eliminated as a federal deduction for W-2 employees by the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond. Your state tax laws might be different in AL, AR, CA, HI, MN, NY or PA.
If your state allows the deduction, you can enter it in the federal section of TurboTax under Deductions & Credits > Job-Related Expenses. It will flow to the state tax return if the state allows the deduction.
We are in Texas and have no State Income taxes.
