highlighted pin number

taxes rejected by federal and state today, claiming I have wrong pin number in but it isn't wrong and now that area is highlighted in blue and won't go away. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

your correct self-select PIN will work if used alone, make sure the AGI field is empty.

conversely, if the PIN is a problem clear the PIN field and use AGI to e-File.

Thank you for the reply, however I am still having issues. We have the Turbotax home & business version, not sure if that matters. I tried leaving the AGI blank and use the PIN numbers only, but it will not continue without the AGI unless I opt to print and mail the return. 

 
Next I tried using the AGI without the PIN, but it says the PIN is required. Only my husbands PIN is highlighted in blue. 

The PIN number and AGI were verified from previous year tax files. 

I tried to put 0 in for the AGI as per the previous reply, but my Husbands PIN is still highlighted blue.
