If you choose to mail it in over Instant, yes, you'll have to print it out, using your printer - (Turbo Tax gives you that option to do, even if you choose Instant, to keep for your records), once printed, get it ready to send via snail mail. Turbo Tax will give you all the information you'll need (address) to do so. If it doesn't, contact Turbo Tax support a.s.a.p.
Access your account and you should see an area to "Print your return". Print both, Federal and state - you'll have to send each to two separate addresses. Make sure they are post marked before taxes are due (April), signed and have the correct postage - also make sure that if you owe anything, that is included.
This will take longer for your return, if you get one, but at least you filed your taxes. 🙂
